Every order page shows the live stage of your build and, once dispatched, the DPD tracking number. If the carrier scan hasn’t updated in 24 hours, open chat with the order number and we’ll open a trace.

   Payment cleared; awaiting a bench and a builder.
2. In build

   Your named builder is on it.
3. QC

   Second-pair-of-eyes review and soak-test log check.
4. Shipped

   Tracking number live on the order page.
5. Delivered

   Signed for at your address.
